I need an acne treatment that I can get at walmart or a drug store. I don’t need a facewash. Just “spot treatment” for acne that I can put right on the pimple. What have you used? What works best? Any skincare tips?

‘m meeting with my dermatologist to discuss going on acne treatment. The problem is, I’m going to be with my mom, who I haven’t told I was having sex yet. I need to be put on something that won’t interfere with the effectiveness of my birth control. Anyone know of one that actually works? I’m looking for an oral treatment since creams and gels don’t work for me and only dry out my skin.

I dont have terrible acne but i have been starting to get more acne on my chin and nose lately. its not alot. its just spotty. like a few pimples on my nose and 1 or 2 on my chin. What is the best type of acne treatment for this? I hear the new Neutrogina “wave” massager works nice. I also hear good things about the proactive system. What do you think? Thanks!
