What are some creams i can use? (besides proactiv, on the spot, and nutrogena do not work have already tried
wha foods do i avoid and not avoid

dont sleep much anymore and going to dermatoligist soon just would like to know how to get rid of some

Today I went to the dermatologist and she recommended me to take topical retinoids and benzoyl peroxide. She said that after a month, as the whiteheads and blackheads are brought to the surface, the acne will appear to have worsened, and then i will see results after 6-8 weeks. My acne isn’t that bad now, just skin colored bumps, i guess clogged bacteria. Will my acne be noticeably worse?
