What is the best prescription acne treatment?

As my acne first started to appear, it was not as much. About 4 months ago I tried out Proactiv, which didnt work. About a day or two after I stopped using it, my acne started to disapear. Now its come back and its on my forehead and nose. My bangs can probably be the problem for acne on my forehead and near my sideburns. Also I have a few breakouts on my nose. Please help!

For couple of months and then it works for couple of months and then it works for couple of months and then it stops working have you would have to dermatologist they are not work.
