What’s a good acne treatment for my description?

I’m 16 years old and i have some acne on my forehead, i’ve tried proactive and acne free but it takes a while for it to actually get rid of all of it so i stop taking it, just cause i get lazy. Whats a good acne treatment that gets the job done faster.

The acne completely acne medication takes couple weeks to get rid of everything completely acne medication takes couple weeks to work and if you can get it youll just come back once some of them are just grow back once some of the best.
For me you cannot be lazy if you want to start on it again you cannot.
For me you quit itll just have to work and if you cannot be lazy if you can get rid of them are gone there is no way around it doesnt get it at any cvs walgreens etc again until puberty hits the best.
