When will i stop breaking out on acne treatment?

When using an acne treatment regime for the first time that my dermatologist prescribed, how long do the break outs last for? I am almost 6 weeks into my treatment and I am breaking out. I still have all these lumps on my face when I blow my face that will probably raise in a week or two (im guessing). When will i stop breaking out?

The acne should only last couple of my tabletsand with in week started breaking out of my tabletsand with in week started breaking out of my tabletsand with in week started breaking.
